Laxmi's mother was confiscated when the FBI arrested the owner for fraud. Her mom was sent to the North Texas Humane Society where Laxmi and her siblings, Kashmere and Khera, were born on April Fool's Day. Mother and cubs were then sent to IEAS. Laxmi enjoys living with her sister, Kashmere, in a spacious habitat with perches, trees, a running pool and numerous enrichment items to play with. Laxmi enjoys teasing Naya on a daily basis. She will rub on the fence next to him and then give a playful bark at him and run off, only to come back and do it again. Help support Laxmi.

Personality Traits

Laxmi is a very affectionate tiger and enjoys attention from just about anyone. She enjoys when people come visit her and will usually lie on her perch near the bench as interns sit with her.
